President

Dean McKay is a business veteran with over 40 years of experience leading and managing technology companies. Mr. McKay has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, a MS in Systems Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, a MS in Technology Management from the California Institute of Technology and a PhD/MA in Executive Management from The Claremont Graduate School.

Michael Markovsky

VP, Sales & Marketing

Michael Markovsky possesses more than 35 years of management experience in marketing, sales, product commercialization and business development in a variety of industries. Past positions include senior positions at General Motors, Toyota and U.S. Filter. With strong marketing expertise and brand management talents, Mr. Markovsky is also responsible for strategic development and broadening the company's product offering.

Andreas Simanowski

VP, Technology

Andreas Simanowski is a founder and acts as the Company’s Vice President of Technology. He and his team are responsible for the development and deployment of state of the art wireless, data integration, machine to machine and machine to cloud solutions. Mr. Simanowski holds dual degrees from the University of Western Ontario in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
